Quiz With A Difference - 20th February 2010 - Done & Dusted

"Fens Conservative Future is pleased to invite you all to our second "Quiz with a Difference", to be held Saturday 20th February at the Alexandra Road Conservative Club, Wisbech. Like most quizzes, this one will feature rounds of questions, but interspaced between the rounds will be games of skill for your team to earn extra points. Last time these included picking up peas with chopsticks & impaling Gordon Brown's hapless cabinet on the dartboard; this time we have a whole new set of games to keep you entertained... The evening will also include a meal of homemade Lasagne, Salad & garlic bread followed by apple pie (vegetarian option available). The quiz begins at 8pm; the club is open from 7:30. Tickets are just £7 for the most, err different, quiz you will encounter in NE Cambs this year! Teams are of 6-8, but don't worry if you cannot make a whole team - we can pair smaller groups up to make teams. Gordon Brown is spending more, per capita, than Barack Obama. Obama, as his conservative critics are quick to point out, will borrow more during his presidency than all 43 of his predecessors. But Gordon Brown will borrow more in the next two years than in the whole history of our national debt, since it was instituted in 1693.
